  • How can I order?

    Select the type of product (i.e. bouquet), size of bouquet, or select seasonal theme from our DESIGN IDEAS You can then contact our customer service and let us know the branch and the date and time when you want to pick up your order.

  • Where can I pick up my order?

    At one of our branch which is most convenient for you. Our branches are located in many leading Retailers and Shopping mall. You can find the list of all our location order here

  • When can I pick up my order?

    Your order will be ready after 24 hours from when you place an order. You can specify the time of pick up time that is most suitable for you 24-hours post order.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    You can pay at a cashier at the retail location of our branch where you choose to pick up your order.

  • Does BangkokFlower has deliver service?

    Currently we do not have delivery service; however we are working very hard on making delivery service available in the near future.

  • How can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order in the case that you can inform our Customer Service at least 24 hours before pick up time. Please contact our Customer Service immediately as soon as you want to cancel.

  • What can I do if the flower that I pick up is not what I have ordered or I feel dissatisfied with the product?

    Please contact our Customer Service directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
